Are you drying out yet? When my parents had a burst pipe and flooding, their carpets were up and great big de-humidifier fans were running for months before they could re-carpet.
Hope you'll be dry soon.
But if your hubby found problems with the foundations as a result, maybe it was a blessing in disguise, eh? A stitch in time saves nine, as they say.
